Ordering

To place your Island Tile order, print out the order form and fill in all information relevant to your selection. You will need to pay for the order by check. Calculate the price for your order and make checks payable to Sharon Kurlychek. Once your order is received, she will either phone or e-mail you (please indicate your contact preference on the order form) to clarify your selections.

Carefully go over your order and be sure you have selected all of the accent tiles, colors, and crowns associated with the Island Tile design you have chosen.  An incomplete order form can delay the delivery of your order.

Custom orders are also considered.   Sharon will cut out custom letters--i.e., family name, Welcome, etc.--to fit in one of her standard tile design for a reasonable fee.  Some changes in design are possible for a 15% upcharge.
